The design
Two colours and two fonts. The frame and rules are gold, the band and the type are near-black, the title is a classic serif with tracking, everything else is a quiet sans. The band is the only solid block; the rest is lines. It photographs well for a client folder and prints well in black and white.

Questions
Will gold print as gold?
No printer prints metallic gold; the PDF uses a warm ochre that reads as gold on screen and prints as a soft brown-gold. On black-and-white printers it becomes a light grey hairline.
How do I show a percentage fee honestly?
Write the percentage and the base in the description, as in the sample: coordination fee (10% of $8,400). The client can check the maths, which is the point of a premium invoice.
Can I bill in instalments on one invoice?
Yes. Each instalment received goes on the credit line with its date. For a new instalment, issue a new invoice with a new number and credit everything paid so far.
Is there a matching contract or estimate?
The estimate templates on this site use the standard layout with a valid-until date and an acceptance line. Contracts are not something this site provides.
