The design

Because it is part of the collection and the couple should see it on the invoice. Included items at zero make the price feel complete and stop the question of what is covered.
When should a wedding invoice be due?
Before the event; 7 to 30 days before is common. Put the wedding date on the invoice so the due date makes sense to the client and to you.
Can I use this for a portrait session?
Yes. Replace the wedding date with the session date, bill the session fee and products, and remove the second photographer line.
