Questions
Does the beige background print?
Yes, as a light tint; most printers reproduce it well. If you want plain white paper with the same type, print with background graphics turned off in the print dialog.
Can I change the font?
Not in the PDF. The type is embedded. For your own font, rebuild the layout in Word from the standard .docx on this site, or use this page as a reference in Canva.
How should I bill goods I buy for the client?
On their own line, marked at cost or with your markup stated, with receipts attached. Keep design time separate so the client can see what is fee and what is product.
Is there a matching estimate?
The estimate templates on this site use the standard layout, with a valid-until date and an acceptance line. The fields match this invoice so the numbers carry over.
