The design
The page colour is a kraft tan; the type is dark brown in a serif, the numbers in a monospaced face like a receipt printer. A dashed stitched border runs round the sheet and the title sits in a rounded label. No solid blocks, so it prints light on white paper or looks right on real kraft stock.

Your shop name and contact in the label. The buyer block with a contact name. Invoice number, date, due date, terms. Five item lines with quantity, unit price and amount. Subtotal, tax, total due. Notes for tax status, payment and reorders.

Questions
Can I print this on real kraft paper?
Yes. Turn off background graphics in the print dialog so only the brown ink prints, and the paper supplies the colour. On white paper the tan background prints as a light tint.
Do I charge sales tax on wholesale orders?
Usually not, if the buyer gives you a resale certificate; say so in the notes as the sample does. Retail orders to individuals are taxed by your state rules.
Is there a version for retail customers?
Use the same file and change the terms to Due on receipt. For market sales a receipt may fit better; the receipt templates on this site use the same fields.
Can I keep a running list of what each shop ordered?
The invoice tracker spreadsheet on this site is a CSV you can open in Sheets or Excel, one row per invoice. The Avo app keeps clients and items and shows who still owes you.
