The design

Questions
What makes an invoice professional to an AP department?
Legal name that matches your W-9, their PO number, a unique invoice number, clear due date, and remit-to instructions. Missing any one of them is the usual reason payment stalls.
Should I put Net 30 or Due on receipt?
Match the client's payment run. Large companies pay on Net 30 cycles whatever you write; small clients pay faster when the due date is 7 to 14 days out. The guide on payment terms covers wording.
Can I add my logo to the navy band?
The PDF has no image field. Place it with Acrobat or a PDF editor on the right side of the band, or use the Word version of the standard template.
Is there a matching estimate or proposal?
The estimate templates on this site share the same field set, with a valid-until date and an acceptance line. Numbers carry over when the client approves.
