AvoCreative Invoice Design (Free Fillable PDF)
A creative invoice is part of the brand you just designed for the client. This one uses three colour blocks: coral for the title, navy for the total panel, a yellow strip across the item table header. The rest of the page is quiet so the blocks carry the design.

The design
The blocks are the layout. Title block top left, total panel top right, so the two things the client looks for first are the two colours. Lines are set in navy with a yellow header row. Your logo can sit in the coral block over the word INVOICE if you edit the PDF.

The sample, line by line
The sample is a design studio billing a pizza shop for a brand identity: logo system, menu and packaging artwork, eight social templates, file handover and a type license passed through at cost. A $1,200 deposit is credited before the total.

Questions
Will the colours print well?
Coral and navy print fine on a colour laser. On a black-and-white printer the coral block turns mid-grey and the white title still reads. Yellow becomes a light grey band.
Can I swap the colours for my brand palette?
Not inside the PDF. For a custom palette, build the same structure in the Word version of the standard template or in Canva using this page as a reference.
Where does licensing go?
On its own line, with the scope in the description (media, territory, term). Keep the fee separate from design time so a later extension is easy to price.
Do I need a deposit line?
Only if you took one. Delete the text in that field and type the full amount as the total due.
